Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We usually ship the product within 1 working day after receiving the order. Transit times are determined by shipping method. However, shipping may be varied during acts of nature, festivals or unforeseen circumstances that may impede the logistical planning. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us and expedited shipping shall be organized if possible. We will give our best that your fuel reaches you on time.

All orders will ship through ground courier unless otherwise decided. An estimate of the shipping charges is available while you “check out”. As an operating guideline, orders equal to and under INR 450, shall carry a nominal shipping fee based on location.

Return Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction with all GreenCase products. If you are unhappy with any item purchased at www.GreenCase.in due to defects or damage, you may return it for a replacement within 5 days. If a replacement has to be processed, please contact us for arranging the same. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. All replacements shall be executed on a case to case basis at the discretion of GreenCase. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wishes to. And in case of customer request for replacement, it will be processed through same mode within 7 - 10 working days.
